As the saying in our family goes, "You must experience the weather of a place before you are granted a day of sunshine." Some day I would love to see the Southern Bitterroot! Next time! Now that we have found theTin Cup, we will definitely be back. Tha accommodations and seclusion EXCEEDED any expectations. Wondering why we aited so long. May the sun be shining when we return!

We have just finished our wonderful visit. WE are leaving relaxed and contented. Karen and Kent made us feel welcome and gave us suggestions about where to go for scenery (West Fork), wildlife (East Fork) and dinner (Naughty Moose). All of these increased our enjoyment of our vacation. The cabin and the grounds are so beautiful and so well-kept! We hate to leave.
Feb 09 - We had the best Valentine's day ever. It was beautiful last night sitting in the hot tub while it snowed. We can't wait to come back, it truly is our fav. To stay, first out honeymoon, now Valentine's Day, Can't wait to make more memories here. Thanks Kent and Karen for making it perfect.

What an incredible night! To sit in the hot tub and watch the sun go down was incredible! Watching the lights come on in the valley and the stars appear over your head was a night my wife and I really needed. It re-affirmed the reason we got married 15 years ago. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary.

Talk about a mountain-top experience! We were thrilled and renewed by our 2-day visit at the Tin Cup. We were mesmerized by the views from our log cabin. The tasteful decor inside created a perfect cabin-in-the-woods fantasy. We were surprised by teh quickly changing Montana weather. WE experienced warm, quiet stillness and solitude interrupted by bursts of thundershowers and windstorms. We love knowing there is a place like this to visit. We certainly hope to return and stay longer. Thanks to the owners and to Karen for making this beautiful time possible for us.

Absolutely incredible! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my 5 day stay here. Spent my days flyfishing, taking photographs of the mountains, exploring the back country and then just plain relaxing in the hot tub. I had not been to the mountains in over 30 years but now plan to return to the Tin Cup every year. Great cabin, great service, great location! Thanks.

What a wonderful treat it was to stay at the Tin Cup Lodge. We came and four days later...we bought a home there! Our only sadness is not having to stay here again because we will own our own home in the Bitterroot Valley! Karen & Kent are absolutely terrific - always anticipating our needs and making us so comfortable - we will miss them!! Thank you Karen and Kent for making our stay here one of the memorable and enjoyable - Otis was a sweetheart as usual.

What an amazing place. The crisp fresh fall air, tree tops changing color, wildlife, hot tub, quietness and an amazing cabin. This has been a mind blowing trip to Montana. I never want to go. Thank you for everything. We will be back.

What a magnificent beautiful peace! I want to live here! We came here to renew and celebrate our love in its 5th anniversary. It has been the best of the best! Such serenity and rejuvenation, from the beautiful vew, fresh mountain air and soaking in the hot tub under Montana's starlit nights. The moon is awesome overlooking an incredible veiw. So romantic! I soaked in the hot tub this morning, there were thousands of beauitful white butterflies (I LOVE butterflies!). We played together and as i meditated, prayed and thanked the Lord for his blessings, I started to sing "Free as we'll ever be," I was mesmerized when I looked up to see an eagle gracefully dancing to my singing in the big beautiful sky.

Everything was great - the scenery, the cabin, the hot tub..... We saw deer, heard turkeys gobbling, saw a Bull Elk walking through the pine! Thousand of white butterflies everywhere - took tons of photos! Thanks to our hosts - Karen, Kent and our welcome from Otis! Hope to return- the peacefulness was overwhelming.

We had a wonderful time here. The cabin was so "homey" and comfortable and after a long day of visiting friends, sight-seeing and looking for wildlife, the hot tub felt great!! This area of Montana is beautiful and our time spend here will long be remembered.

We drove 4 hrs from Idaho to get away for the weekend. Upon arrival to the Bitterroot Valley, we realized this is exactly what we were looking for. This area is a true paradise nestled away in the mountains. Snow capped peaks, majestic rivers and a sky that lives up to its name.
As soon as we arrived to the Tin Cup Lodge, we were greeted by a small herd of deer. The hosts were very welcoming and we could not have asked for a more lovely stay. Watching the shooting stars while soaking in the spa is not something we will forget. Thank you Tin Cup for making our 4th Anniversary a memorable one. We will be back soon!
